There are 3 options to return your package:

1. Free returns in a Sacha store

From now on you can pick up, return and exchange your order for free (provided the item is in stock in the store) in all Sacha stores in the Netherlands!

1. Take the original packaging along with the enclosed packing slip from the package to the store.

2. Hand in your package at the checkout.

3. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your package has been processed. This will take 5 - 10 business days.

4. The purchase amount will be credited within 5 -10 working days.

2. Return via DHL

1. Pack the items together with the packing slip (which you received in the package) in the original packaging and place it back in the shipping box.

2. With your order you will receive a DHL return label, stick this label on the shipping box over the original shipping label. Have you lost your return label? Please contact our Customer Service.

3. Drop off the package at a DHL ServicePoint.

4. When you have returned the package you will receive a shipping receipt. Keep the proof of shipment until you receive confirmation by e-mail that your package has been received in good order, Sacha is not liable in case of loss.

5. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return has been processed. This will take 5 - 10 business days.

5. The purchase amount will be credited within 5 -10 working days.

3. Return at your own expense

1. Pack the items together with the packing slip in the original packaging and place it in the shipping box. Mention the following shipping address on the box:

2. Drop off the package at your nearest post office. Keep the proof of shipment well, Sacha is not responsible for loss of your package.

3. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return has been processed. This will take 5 - 10 business days.

4. The purchase amount will be credited within 5 -10 working days.
